Rotary combustion chamber technology,
controlled by hybrid drive system.
The concept of a rotary combustion chamber for burners is not innovative as such burners of such a design were used in the past. However, they either brought troubles in use or were extremely expensive. Our experience showed, however, that the rotary combustion is the best and the most effective method to produce heat energy from pellets. Therefore, we considered it as a challenge to be faced, with details playing the most important role. We thoroughly analysed all the problems and proposed our own, independent solutions. We carried out the initial tests as early as in the beginning of 2011.

Durable and easy solution to maintain.

Combustion chamber is installed on four bearings with their location designed so as to eliminate adverse impact of high temperature and facilitate possible replacement with minimized costs. Furnace rotation makes it possible to remove ash automatically and minimize the necessity of equipment maintenance.

Prevents seizure of the rotary mechanism,
extends the burner life.

The combustion chamber metal undergoes thermal expansion i.e. it changes the size due to differential temperature. With Expansion Pipe System that physical property is no longer a problem but it becomes a process rather that occurs during motor operation which does not lock or jam the rotary movement as the shield pipe length gets adapted to the furnace pipe during the operation of the motor. In standard rotary burners the internal furnace pipe expands due to high temperature which results in seizure of the rotary mechanism.
AIR VANE SYSTEM

AIR VANE SYSTEM

System of directional, precise air supply
into the furnace chamber.

Improving the effectiveness of the combustion process and preventing oxidization of metal parts which are worn faster as a result. The vanes support the direction of the airflow exactly into the combustion area and impede the airflow in the remaining areas. With such a solution in place we can achieve the best ever combustion efficiency and the fifth i.e. the highest waste gas emission class.

Integrated feeder and blower system.
Reduces power and fuel consumption.

The motor which drives the internal feeder and the motor which controls the blower operation to supply air into the combustion chamber are combined to form a single unit equipped with a Hall sensor. This allows accurate dosing of fuel and air volume to achieve the combustion efficiency of even 99%.

Prevents the flame`s return.

System to supply air directly into the combustion chamber to improve the combustion efficiency and safety. Air enhances flame swirling and the use of Venturi tube reduces the risk of flashback.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

System for fast ignition of pellets. It is a combination of metal igniters (durability) and ceramic ones (short ignition time). It results in significant reduction of power consumption.

System for quick installation/removal of igniter to allow easy installation and facilitate the replacement and burner maintenance. No additional tools required.

Combustion chamber made of high-chromium alloy with heat-resistant and incandescent resistant properties. The use of cast iron-based material significantly increased the life of the burner and increased the resistance to high temperature.

Available in Revo Micro and Revo Mini 26

Easily removable blower shell with an integrated blow-in duct. Provides easy access to the igniter and other parts in the blow-in chamber.

Available in Revo Mini, Revo Mini 35.

Clips to allow quick installation and removal of the burner furnace. They facilitate maintenance as the burner does not need to be detached from the boiler. All you need to do is to remove the clips and the burner can be removed from the mounting flange. The flange remains inside the boiler.

Available in Revo 44, Revo 70, Revo 100 oraz Revo 120.

X.Plug System

Our own, independent design of a safe plug and socket, developed and implemented for the needs of PellasX only.

Available in Revo Mini, Revo Mini 35.

Polyurethane feeder connector

Connector made of polyurethane including fuel feeding. It will melt in case of flashback to prevent fuel from entering the burner; fuel will be ejected outside the danger area.

Firewall with counterweight

Special barrier to close the inlet fuel hole and prevent fire from entering the fuel tank at the same time.

Available in Revo 44, Revo 70, Revo 100, Revo 120.

STB sensor

Turns off power of the external feeder (by cutting off fuel supply) in case of boiler overheating.

FIBONACCI SPIRAL

FIBONACCI SPIRAL

Vents in the rear panel play an important role in optimization of air supply into the combustion chamber. They are designed according to the Fibonacci spiral formula which results in a perfect solution also in aesthetic terms.

AFR MAP

AFR MAP

Air/Fuel ratio map – a system of burner factory parameters mapped (hardcoded) into the programme, which supervise the burner operation with no need for any additional changes to be introduced by the installer/user.
