Economical burners equipped with
a fuel mixing system and a hybrid drive.
Hybrid burners were developed by equipping our reliable fuel mixing system-based X-line burners with technologies employed in Revo burners. Our innovative Hybrid Drive combined with overpressure combustion resulted in even better economy of use. Hall sensor precisely controls the airflow rate and adjusts the fuel flow rate to reduce the emission and improve combustion parameters. Additionally, hybrid drive allows a reduction of electricity consumption by half and the ceramic heater makes the firing up three times shorter. System of fuel mixing inside the combustion chamber extends maintenance-free operation and the overpressure technology eliminates the problem of backfire to ensure safety of operation.

COMBUSTION CHAMBER FUEL MIXING SYSTEM

A two-stage fuel supply system.

An external feeder introduces pellets into the burner and an internal feeder doses biomass in appropriate quantity into the combustion chamber. The internal feeder plays also the role of a fuel mixer. This is how we have optimized the combustion process or even made it possible for pellets with high ash content. Additionally, fuel mixing feature translates into extension of maintenance-free operation of the burner.

Integrated feeder and blower system.
Reduces power and fuel consumption.

Integrated feeder and blower system to reduce power and fuel consumption. The motor which drives the internal feeder and the motor which controls the blower operation to supply air into the combustion chamber are combined to form a single unit equipped with a Hall sensor. This allows accurate dosing of fuel and air.

Prevents the flame`s return.

System to supply air directly into the combustion chamber to improve the combustion efficiency and safety. Air enhances flame swirling and the use of Venturi tube reduces the risk of flashback.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

Automatic pellet ignition system. The use of a new steel igniter featuring long operation time, very high reliability and a short ignition time.

System for quick installation/removal of igniter to allow easy installation and facilitate the replacement and burner maintenance. No additional tools required.

Easily removable blower shell with an integrated blow-in duct. Provides easy access to the igniter and other parts in the blow-in chamber.

X.Plug System

Our own, independent design of a safe plug and socket, developed and implemented for the needs of PellasX only.

Polyurethane feeder connector

Connector made of polyurethane including fuel feeding. It will melt in case of flashback to prevent fuel from entering the burner; fuel will be ejected outside the danger area.

STB sensor

Turns off power of the external feeder (by cutting off fuel supply) in case of boiler overheating.

FIBONACCI SPIRAL

Vents in the rear panel play an important role in optimization of air supply into the combustion chamber. They are designed according to the Fibonacci spiral formula which results in a perfect solution also in aesthetic terms.

AFR MAP

AFR MAP

Air/Fuel ratio map – a system of burner factory parameters mapped (hardcoded) into the programme, which supervise the burner operation with no need for any additional changes to be introduced by the installer/user.
